| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit card and debit card payment. All transactions are carried out in UK Pound Stirling. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta. We do not charge for any item until it is ready for despatch. Backordered items are not charged until they are despatched. You may send your credit/debit card information via r the internet or over the phone. When you receive your 'order confirmation' email, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Shipping And Handling We deliver to any address on the UK mainland. On orders up to the value of £100: Standard postage and packing= £5.80 On orders up to the value of £250: Standard postage and packing= £6.95 On orders over £250: Standard postage and packing= FREE Note: When you are asked to sign for your package through the post, please write next to your signature "contents unchecked". This then covers the goods whilst in transfer (for insurance purposes). Worldwide Postage and Packaging: If you are a non-uk address, contact us via the form and we will contact you with the cost of postage. We WILL deliver anywhere in the world! Undelivered Parcels and Post: If an address is not found/undeliverable, the parcel will be returned to Dirty Dollie by either the Royal Mail or our courier. This return will then be transferred into a credit on the customer's account, minus the postage costs. Your statutory rights are not affected. |
| Delivery Schedule We endeavour to operate a fast 'post out' policy with our in-stock items. This is usually within 2-3 days. Please allow up to 14 days delivery (we will try to be a quick as possible with your order!). |
